Why haven’t I received a response to my consultation?
If you submitted a consultation and have not received a response from me, there are a few common reasons this can happen. The most frequent cause is that the email address entered on the consultation form was accidentally misspelled when it was submitted. Another possibility is that the inbox connected to the email you provided is full and unable to receive new messages, or that my response was automatically filtered into your junk or spam folder by your email provider. Before contacting me, please check the email you entered on the consultation form and make sure to look in your junk or spam folder in case my message was filtered there. If you do not see anything, try clearing space in your inbox and then email me again so your account is able to receive new messages.
If you still do not receive a response within 24 hours, it most likely means the email address entered on your consultation was spelled incorrectly.
