All spellwork is a digital service and all sales are final once proof is delivered.
When you make a purchase on cecesinclaire.co, you are buying a digital product. This means that once you receive the email containing your digital products in the email you provided in your order , the digital products are now considered "used" and cannot be resold, exchanged or returned. Due to the nature of non-tangible goods offered on my website, I do not provide refunds or exchanges for any purchases.
Shipping physical spell jars can pose multiple risks and complications which is why I do not offer physical shipping. Spell jars are made with fragile materials like glass that can easily break during transit due to mishandling which can result in damage injury or mess. Jars also contain oils liquids or loose ingredients that may leak spill or cause damage to other packages or items in a client’s home if compromised. In addition shipping across regions or countries can raise customs and regulatory issues since certain materials may be restricted prohibited or flagged which can lead to delays confiscation or legal problems. Spell jars hold deeply personal intentions and energetic work and shipping them increases the risk of loss interception or tampering which could compromise client privacy and energetic integrity. For these reasons all spellwork is performed on the client’s behalf and confirmed through digital proof to ensure safety compliance and discretion.
Once you complete your order and receive the product photo, the transaction is considered final. I do not issue refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. It is important for you, as a customer, to be aware of this policy before making a purchase on my site.
Since the products i offer are digital and can be easily duplicated, and also are made with time, labor, and physical materials, i cannot accept returns or exchanges.
